Selena Gomez was spotted keeping busy in Woodland Hills, California on Saturday (February 18).

The 19-year-old "Monte Carlo" actress looked casual cute in a red and white striped top with black trousers and matching boots as she made her way out of an office building while chatting on her cell phone.

Always busy with her successful career, Miss Gomez recently tweeted about her clothing endeavors, as she wrote, "Dream Out loud Spring line is in Kmart stores now!!! Show me your favorite looks."

SELENA GOMEZ ON PEOPLE STYLEWATCH COVER

Selena Gomez is the cover gal for the March issue of Cosmpolitan but she is also gracing the cover of PEOPLEStyleWatch, which celebrates all things fashion and beauty.

In the magazine, Selena’s super cute style is celebrated and dissected by the editors, but in a positive way. They dole out tips on how to achieve a style similar to the ‘Who Says’ singer. Even though she is 19, Gomez always looks fresh, fun, appropriate and never shows too much skin. She is classy and timeless, all the while remaining age-appropriate and youthful.

The mag points out that she mixes unique fabrics and metallics with neutrals while showcasing images of the star’s changing locks through the years, such as her fashion-forward bob or her long beachy waves.

Former Disney princess Selena Gomez looks stunning -- and sexy -- on the March cover of Cosmopolitan magazine, pictured above. The 19-year-old singer looks all grown up in a salacious, pink and red floral printed Nanette Lepore gown with a plunging neckline. With her hair blowing in the breeze, Gomez rocks a smoky eye and an intense stare, adding a bit of drama to her relaxed look.

Inside the mag, Selena dishes in her very public relationship with Justin Bieber. "I'm just like every 19-year-old girl. If you're in love, you're in love to the fullest, and you just want to go to the movies, hang out, and be as normal as possible," she told the magazine. "I'm fortunate that I've found someone who has that philosophy."

While the cover feature is largely a history lesson, some key deets about Gomez’s upbringing emerge. For example, she recalled her mother’s car running out of gas multiple times on the way to school as a kid, which forced her and her mom to dig under the seats for change to fuel up.

Gomez also speaks about her relationship with fellow Disney teen queen Demi Lovato. When they were making their way in Hollywood, they lived together to share expenses. Gomez said that while she and Lovato eventually grew apart, since “there was a point where she and I were going different ways, because we were finding out who were,” things are in a good place now. She finished, “Now we’re better than ever.”

Selena Gomez Set To Star In 'The Sky is Everywhere'

Another Movie for Selena

Selena’s production company July Moon has optioned the Jandy Nelson novel The Sky is Everywhere and Selena Gomez is attached to produce and most likely star in the big-screen adaptation of the Jandy Nelson novel "The Sky is Everywhere." Gomez will not only play the part of producer but could potentially land the novel's lead role of Lennie Walker, Deadline reports.

Selena will play 17-year-old Lennie Walker, a band geek and total book worm! Lennie’s hobbies include playing the clarinet and living in the shadow of her older sister Bailey. We’re sure a lot of girls can totally relate to that!

But Lennie’s life is turned upside down when her older sister suddenly dies and Selena’s character is left to take care of their family, friends and the boyfriend Bailey left behind.

Selena Performing at MTV NYE in NYC 2012

Selena Gomez was one of the headliners for MTV's New Years Eve bash, and she did such a lovely job!
Selena Gomez took the stage inside MTV studios to perform tracks from her most recent studio album, ‘When the Sun Goes Down,’ with her band the Scene. Dressed in a festive, sparkly dress, Gomez performed her hit ‘Love You Like a Love Song’ before cutting into her latest single ‘Hit the Lights.’ While ‘Love You Like a Love Song’ got people singing along, Gomez brought the house down with her upbeat, dance-pop single ‘Hit the Lights’ as she sang amongst a hoard of fans. As the audience cheered and confetti filled the air, the pop star was all smiles in her sparkly dress. Watch the Video of her Performance below.

Selena Gomez: So Long, La-La Land

Selena Gomez was all prepared for an outbound flight in Los Angeles, CA on Friday (December 30).

En route to NYC to take part in MTV’s New Year’s Eve Special, the "Monte Carlo" cutie toted a red jacket in her arms as she was shielded by a staffer upon entering the LAX Airport terminal alongside a few loved ones.

While 2011 ended on a somber note following the loss of her unborn sister, Gomez said she was "humbled" by the successful past twelve months during an interview with MTV.

The 19-year-old told, "I feel like this approach of this year, I wasn't expecting any of the things that happened. And so I just kind of want to go into the end of this year and the beginning of next year just excited and in a good place and not planning anything."
