New year means new hair for Selena!

Selena tweeted on 12 Jan “Change is good… My girls @ninezeroone take care of me always :) LOVE” with a twitpic of her new purple hair.

The singer stopped by Nine Zero One salon in West Hollywood, Calif., today to brighten up her locks as a fun new look for her upcoming tour.

“She wanted something a little more spunky fun and different,” said Chauntal Lewis, who works the front desk at Nine Zero One salon in West Hollywood, where Selena got her hair done today, Jan. 11th. But don't worry, in an effort to maintain healthy hair, she had Great Lengths extensions put in instead of actually dying it. Smart girl. Something fun and exotic for her upcoming South American. Her first stop on tour? San Juan, Puerto Rico on Jan. 22!
