Selena Gomez Set To Star In 'The Sky is Everywhere'
Selena’s production
company July Moon has optioned the Jandy Nelson novel The Sky is Everywhere and
Selena Gomez is attached to produce and most likely star in the big-screen
adaptation of the Jandy Nelson novel "The Sky is Everywhere." Gomez will
not only play the part of producer but could potentially land the novel's lead
role of Lennie Walker, Deadline reports.
Selena will play
17-year-old Lennie Walker, a band geek and total book worm! Lennie’s hobbies
include playing the clarinet and living in the shadow of her older sister
Bailey. We’re sure a lot of girls can totally relate to that!
But Lennie’s life is turned
upside down when her older sister suddenly dies and Selena’s character is left
to take care of their family, friends and the boyfriend Bailey left behind.
